It may be a little premature but has anyone got any thoughts on the 2008 Nationals? My reason for asking is that I've just heard that the Vago's are holding theirs at Penzance next year - a wonderful place to sail. I've just competed in their regatta today and they are a friendly club, competent and there's loads of places to stay in the area.
I'd definitely go, as would my club mate (645) and there's a Strat at RNAS Culdrose that would enter too. So that's three boats then.
The 2008 Nationals are already planned and will be at Lymington in August (exact dates to follow soon). The decision to hold them there was discussed at the AGM at this years Nationals. Maybe we can look at Penzance for another year.
2008 Nationals will be at Lymington Town Sailing Club on 5th and 6th July. It will be combined with the 505 Nationals so there will be a good social programme. For more details look under 'Laser Stratos Events' at the beginning of the Forum.
