Only 3 weeks to go!!!
Yes, that how close are Nationals are so all of you who haven’t yet sent in your entry forms, now’s the time to do it.
I have visited Dabchicks and it is a great friendly club. They are working really hard for us on all fronts (great racing on offer, good food and super facilities) so come on guys, lets see how many boats we can get.
For those of you who haven’t raced much and think you may not be up to NATIONAL level, don’t worry, just come along. We will be sailing with our 7 year old twins and as you can imagine this does not make us a lean, mean, racing machine. You can use the National as a fun weekend away with the family and meet some other Stratos sailors OR you can be more competitive and really want to win. In either case you will have a great weekend away and meet lots of like minded friendly sailors. I look forward to seeing you all in 3 weeks.
If you have any questions/problems/comments just send me an email.

Yes, Mike B won and has now "retired" for next year and will instead be Officer of the Day for the 2008 Nationals to be held at his club, Lymington. We had 100% increase on last years numbers!! (8 boats). We all had a really great time and have sent a write up to Yacht and Yachting. Everyone who came is already asking about next year.
