I've recently become a convert to Stratos Keel and having some real fun.BUT I'm having a big problem in both lowering and raising the keel particularly lowering...it keeps getting stuck. I've tried vaseline etc and whilst I can get the thing to drop it keeps getting stuck with between the velcro strip and final drop. Anyone having remedial or long term fixes would be great.

Try Mr Sheen, works wonders. Sometimes the keel gets stuck because it doesn't go down exactly vertically. In that case you may need to push on the front or aft top side of the keel to re-align it vertically.
