Any tips on fitting burgee to top of mast..........have various fixinigs from other boats but they don't seem to work on small diameter top section and interfere with main halyard

In that case you may want to get a wind vane, and attach your burgee to its fitting. That way it will be clear above the top of the mast.

Many thanks..........I am hoping to attach to the top of the mast, mainly for wind direction whilst off wind sailing/gybing etc. Has anyone else got one attached to the top of the mast ?

regards

Neil

I think it is acceptable to attach the burgee to the starboard shroud under the spreader. This is where the ensign would normally go.

Pascal
