Hi all,

Does anybody have experience of sailing around the Anglesey island? I'm renting a cottage in Red Wharf Bay the 2nd week of April and I'm wondering whether I should take my Stratos with me.

I'd be particularly interested to know what the sea and wind are usually like in the area at this time of the year, i.e. whether it's safe enough to take my young children sailing.

Regards,
Pascal

I have'nt sailed from Anglesey (did many years ago as a child but thats not much help!) but I am sure the National Watersports Centre at Plas Menai would be able to advise. Otherwise Abersoch is reasonably close.................

regards

Neil
